Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Urban, which boasts a stylish atmosphere and a prime location near key attractions. The staff was really good, always friendly and eager to assist, although I wished the breakfast selection was a bit broader considering its price. While I truly enjoyed the modern decor and the cleanliness of my room, I found the specific breakfast options and some service elements could be improved. Still, it was a fantastic choice for my leisure trip, and I would return.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Urban, enjoying the strategic location near Puerta del Sol and the charming decor. The staff were overwhelmingly friendly and accommodating, making my experience more enjoyable. However, I did encounter inconsistencies with housekeeping that marred my overall experience a bit.

The junior suite I stayed in felt a bit small, and I didn't notice much difference from a standard room. The view wasn't great either, overlooking a wall and ventilation shaft.

My stay at Hotel Urban was quite an experience. The location was perfect for exploring Madrid, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. However, the gym was disappointing, coming off as quite tiny, and the breakfast, while good, could have offered more variety.

I found my room to be spacious and beautifully decorated, although I noticed a few details showing wear. The layout was a bit peculiar, making the room feel compact at times.

My recent stay at Hotel Urban in Madrid was fantastic! The location couldn't be better, with major attractions within walking distance, making my exploration of the city effortless. The staff were incredibly accommodating, and my room was spacious and comfortable, though I wished it had a bit more natural light. The rooftop bar offered amazing views, adding a special touch to my evenings. 😊

The room was spacious and well-appointed, though quite dark due to the decor. I appreciated the comfortable bed and the thoughtful amenities, including a Nespresso machine. However, I did miss more natural light, which affected the overall atmosphere.

The rooftop pool and bar were highlights, providing stunning views over the city. It created a vibrant atmosphere for unwinding after a day of exploring. However, soundproofing could have been better, as I experienced some noise disturbances.

My stay at Hotel Urban was nice due to its fantastic location and very nice staff. The attentive service made a significant difference, especially when they surprised me with a birthday cake and champagne. However, I did find the room lighting system somewhat complicated, and the shower controls took more effort than I expected, which was a bit frustrating after long days exploring Madrid.
